Bridal Update- NYC Shower
I am having a not-able-to-bake week as I’m in Milwaukee doing last minute wedding things, so I thought a little wedding update might be nice. I know that you are here for the sweet treats, so I appreciate your patience as I try to balance everything during this busy time. I wish I was someone who could have planned this so well in advance that I have dozens of recipes stored to share, but I’m just not good at that. So here we are- some pics from my lovely NYC Garden shower a few weeks ago.

My hosts really transformed the small garden where we held the shower into such a cozy, whimsical space. I really loved it.
Pitchers of bellinis, flowers and small favor candles lined the prettily-clothed tables.
As guests left they were given sweetly-wrapped packages of lavender balm.
The afternoon was full of games, “guessing the jelly-beans” being just one of them.
My sister Nadia took a polaroid of Me with every guest that went into a “Bridal Shower Scrapbook” filled with notes, pictures, and little envelopes filled with secret notes. I love it!
