The zucchini adds a great twist and keeps the pizza light but satisfying. The blend of ricotta and mozzarella made it perfectly gooey and delicious. It really was a fantastic way to enjoy pizza with a bit of a healthy spin. Definitely adding this to our regular pizza night lineup!
