First time doing a 3 layer cake. It came together wonderfully. The cake was sturdy and easy to slice and work with, and the fudge filling is decadent. I frosted with chocolate buttercream and topped with a chocolate ganache. really easy to follow, excellent beginners layer cake recipe!
