Sweet and Sour Cherry Yogurt Pops

Yield: 8 popsicles
  • 2 cups vanilla flavored yogurt
  • 2 cups cherries (a combo of sweet and sour, or whatever you have.)
  • sugar to taste*
  1. In a blender or food processor, combine all ingredients and puree until smooth, with a few bits of cherry intact.
  2. Pour into popsicle mold, add sticks and freeze for 4-5 hours or until solid.
  3. To pop out of the molds- run under hot water until they come right out.
*I used half sweet and half sour cherries and needed ⅛ cup of sugar to make them my desired sweetness. If you use all sour- you will need more and may not need any if using sweet cherries. Taste to see how you like it :)
