Cookie Butter Krispie Treats
  • ½ stick of butter
  • 1 10 oz bag of marshmallows
  • 5½ cups of rice krispies
  • ¾ cup cookie butter, divided
  1. Spray or butter an 8x8 baking dish, set aside.
  2. In a large saucepan over medium low heat, melt the butter completely. When butter is melted, add marshmallows and stir until smooth and creamy.
  3. Remove from heat, and stir in ½ cup of the cookie butter.
  4. Add rice krispies a little at a time, stirring to coat well with the marshmallow mixture.
  5. When everything is evenly coated, spread the mixture into your prepared pan.
  6. Chill the bars in fridge or freezer until cool to the touch and firm.
  7. Cut bars into squares. Melt remaining ¼ cup of cookie butter and drizzle over cut bars. Allow drizzle to set before serving. Enjoy!
