I love anything that is ginger. It will be perfect for my new favorite cocktail: gin, grapefruit juice, and ginger ale. Store bought ginger ale is never gingery enough!

Also, I am highly addicted the Ginger People ginger chews and would love a recipe if you or any of your readers have one! The only one I’ve tried turned out good but were a hard candy and not chewy!
