“The whole pie could be assembled at once, (no crumbs or crunches to prep first), and it baked up in just 25 minutes” — Gah!! Wish I knew. I had so much going on I worried this was another 8 hour baking project a la C. Tosi and now I realize I could have made it with all you ladies. Next time :)
