i love the crust! I forwarded this to my parent’s neighbor carol….we are on the farm for a few weeks and she is the person who taught me how to bake pies! we love to bake together. they are peach farmers! so you can be sure we will try your recipe…although she does seem to have her tried and true recipe down. carol if you read this HI! we will come to swim today hopefully before going to the county fair tonight! ha ha ha

I love pies too, and I also tried the polka dot crust before as well. A couple of things that I did differently to make the dots pop more was by placing the round cut outs on top of the crust in between the holes. And also did a pretty layering of circles around the crimping it looked lovely! I would post a pic but I don’t know how :-(
