This pie looks amazing!! Do you think it would be possible to use a pre-made crust and follow the rest of the instructions? Obviously this crust is superior to any pre-made, but I’d love to make this pie this coming friday but don’t think I’d be able to do the crust (no food processor).

Never really thought of using buttermilk in the crust but now I’m sold! Just made this for my church gathering and they absolutly loved it. Thank you so so so much for sharing!

I want to make pies with every fruit possible right now, so many amazing ones to choose from! Just bought a ton of raspberries on sale today and now I think some are destined for this deliciousness :)
