I didn’t have any rosemary, also I did not bake it. Just ate out of the pot. Also, I added 3 cloves of garlic before the flour and sprinkled some onion powder. It doesn’t have a strong sweet potato flavour which I’d exactly what I was looking for with my picky kids looking for original Mac and cheese. Will make this again! So delicious!!! Thank you!!

So after trying this recipe, I can say it is delicious. I used chipotle powder because I thought the smokey flavor would add something to it and it did. Thanks for sharing this recipe.
