Temperature would be the same. You’d bake muffins for 18-22 minutes.

The other recipe listed bananas in grams and I was curious if you every measured the bananas in grams or cups or anything that was more precise for your favorite outcome?

Something must have gone wrong so sorry. I have made this recipe almost weekly for years and it always comes out great even when I sub ingredients. I would guess something was mis-measured.
