I made this tonight pre-Thanksgiving! I must say, I will be making it again for our Thanksgiving dessert table. Sooooo delicious and beautiful too!! I love the idea of several different kinds of desserts instead of just the traditionals. Thank you for sharing your beautiful baking and recipes! And have a wonderful Thanksgiving with whomever you are sharing it with!

Yeah- I think that’s a better bet…just as delicious but will last 2 days no problem. This galette is best served day-of :)

Hi Audra. Thanks for responding! Do you think your salted caramel apple pie would be a better option if I need to make a pie early?

Hey Meghan- So- If you need to bake early- I’d recommend warming it in the oven on a a lower shelf to re-crisp the bottom crust and warm it. THEN- drizzle with toffee sauce. You don’t want it to get soggy. :)
