I can’t wait to make a strawberry rhubarb pie for my husband. We grow both in our garden. The rhubarb is beautiful this year and the strawberries are almost ready. Your pie recipe’s are amazing! I’m not being critical in any way, but did you mean “for the topping” instead of “for the filling”? Just thought I would ask so people wouldn’t get confused :).
