Is this supposed to be 2 – 9 inch layers? I made one bowl of this recipe and put in in 2 pans. Is that appropriate? Do I need to make more layers? It is a gift so I want it to be correct.

In reply to Joanne. Yes for sure. It may be a thin layer though. If you want it to be super thick I would do an 8x8. Start with 20 minutes and then check every 5 minutes :)
