I've made this exact recipe dozens of times and it's easy, delicious and foolproof. I don't change a single thing. Don't leave off the sea salt topping, it's so good. My family requests this over and over, and it's so simple to make and uses ingredients I always have on hand (well, except for fresh rosemary). Use a good quality olive oil that you'd enjoy dipping bread in. There's a lot of it here so you really taste it. Thanks for a recipe that makes me look like a rockstar!
