I made these for the first time. And the cookie part was too dry and crumbly and almost fell apart as I had to pry them out of the greased muffin tin with a knife. And yes I had rolled them in small balls. I loved the filling though, it was delicious! Is there a trick on the “crust”? Thanks

You can add 1 teaspoon of lemon juice as well as 1 tsp. lemon zest to the cream cheese filling!

You'll just want to bake until the cookies are set. No change in oven temp but I'd check every 2 minutes or so until they are ready.

I can't wait to make these for my daughter-in-law's bridal shower but I would like to know if anyone used a regular sized muffin tin. If so, what would be the oven temperature and the time frame in minutes.
