It’s delicious. Thank you so much! I do have a question though, every time I make it (and other salted caramel recipes) the salt clumps and sinks in little chunks. What did I do wrong that it doesn’t dissolve — adding too soon maybe? I have tried with Maldon sea salt flakes and normal table salt. Any ideas? Thanks again!
