I have been making these cookies since 2013, I think, and there is nothing else I make that generates as much excitement from my friends and family. It’s still close to 90 degrees out here and I already have people asking if it’s pumpkin cookie time. I’ll probably make my first batch of the season this weekend. I don’t think there is anything better than a cup of coffee in the morning with a pumpkin cookie (or two!).
