I just made these Strawberry Rhubarb Almond Danishes, and they turned out amazing! The sweet strawberries and tangy rhubarb pair perfectly with the rich almond filling, all wrapped up in a buttery, flaky pastry. They were a huge hit at breakfast this morning – everyone loved them! Definitely adding these to my list of go-to recipes for a special treat.

I made these last night and your recipe doesn't say what temperature to cook them at. I went with 375° and they turned out perfect. They were so delicious and really, with the purchased puff pastry, a breeze to make. It was my first time buying rather than making the pastry and the butter based one I bought was so good I am already envisioning lots of other things to make. The homemade pastry is best but to get such a good result with the frozen without days of laminating dough makes for a lot of tasty possibilities.
