My Dad’s favorite pie is coconut cream, and I try a new recipe every year, hoping that I will finally hit the mark. OH THIS IT! He commented immediately after the first bite, “WOW! The crispy toasted coconut and caramel makes ALL the difference!” Success! This is my go-to recipe from NOW ON! Thanks SO much!!! Happy Thanksgiving!
