Earlier this week I decided it was time to make my absolute favorite Fudgy Sea Salt Brownies again, both as a chance to revamp the pictures and also to tweak a couple things in the original recipe that needed adjusting.
I can say without a doubt these are the best brownies ever. If you like super fudgy brownies that are super rich and chocolate-y, studded with flakey sea salt- you will likely love them too! Check out the re-vamped post here.
Also, if you care about these things, yesterday I posted my Top 12 Baby Registry Essentials up in the Baby Section of the blog. Pass it along to anyone who may care! :)

Audra, why are you doing this to me?? I’m on a clean eating diet until my US of A break in the summer. You are making it very hard! Mwahaha!

I have to admit I’m not a big fan of chocolate but these little babies look so decadent and rich that it would be kind of a sin not to try them out at least once!

Made a double batch of these in a 9×13 pan…took a little over 1 hour to cook. We made brownie sundaes with salted caramel ice cream and homemade hot fudge sauce for a family dinner. HUGE hit!

Wow- that sounds like my dream come true! I’m so glad you liked them :)

Just curious about the changes. I have made the original recipe times and they have always come out perfect. What difference did the all purpose flour vs the cake flour make? And the reason for the corn starch? I tried a regular pan vs. the muffin tins, and even though they can sometimes be a challenge to get out, I think I will stick with it. I love that EVERY brownie has chewy edges and a fudgy center. And that salted caramel sauce with these brownies is to die for! Thanks for all your fabulous recipes!

I find that cake flour is a “hard to get” ingredient so I changed it to AP + corn starch which is essentially the same thing :)
Yes you can totally make them in muffin tins- either pan works!

Hey..
Tried this yesterday.. but turned out toooo chocolatey … and it wasnt good chocolatey .. there was too much of cocoa powder i guess.. :(
Is there anyway i can simply replace that with more of chocolate?
